Who am I? Not who I thought I was...

We had a movie preview today, and my wife and kids came with, because it was the Lion King. Anna had never seen it, the kids wanted to, so I left them there and walked round the city with the youngest.

I returned at the end of the movie to pack up the sign and meet my family and with this, came the outpouring of all the people who had seen the movie.

Among all the conversations about how good it was, farewells and the like, a chap came up to me and the conversation went like this:

Him, "I saw you up the front, are you one of the movie theatre people?"

Me, "Nah, I'm Dave from Classic Hits, we gave all the tickets away..."

Him, "Oh, you're that prick in the morning!" You're the one who pisses me off... but I really like it, have a good day!"

Heh. Catch you tomorrow on the show, "That Prick and Camille in the Morning on Classic Hits." Nice to know that being the prick in the morning (even when I'm not actually going out of my way to be a prick) is considered, by some, to be a positive thing!
